REFUND POLICY
Refunds for payments made via our web site payment form must be requested within 7 days of the payment transaction by either phone or email. The issuance of refunds is evaluated on a case by case basis, as the work has been performed and customers are paying invoices for already completed work.
Refunds for down-payments or retainers paid using our online payment form must be requested either by phone or email. The amount refunded is based on the total amount paid, less any work already performed on the project.
